". . .By repeatedly demonstrating his professional and intellectual integrity, Christopher Stracco has earned the respect and admiration of all who know him, and he has set a standard of excellence toward which others might strive; and, It is altogether fitting and right for the members of this Legislature to pause in their deliberations to recognize Christopher Stracco, and to commend him as an individual of remarkable character and exceptional determination; now therefore, Be it Resolved by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey: That this Legislature hereby joins in saluting Christopher Stracco, pays tribute to his meritorious record of service, leadership, and commitment, and extends sincere best wishes for continued success in all his future endeavors. . ."

The Joint Resolution was signed by Senate President Senator Stephen M. Sweeney and Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin.
