Day Pitney Ranks in Top Ten in <i>SNL Financial's</i> Annual Deal Adviser Rankings

(Hartford, Conn., March 4, 2015)?-- Day Pitney LLP received top rankings in SNL Financial's League Tables for Bank & Thrift Legal Advisers. The firm was ranked seventh by deal value; completing four deals worth $1.1 billion.

Two of those transactions included the firm's representation of Hudson Valley Holding Corp. in its merger with Sterling Bancorp for $539 million and Valley National Bancorp's $312 million acquisition of 1st United Bancorp of Florida.
