Day Pitney client LG Electronics successfully fended off a bid by an environmental group to join an appeal to overturn an earlier ruling approving the company's planned $300 million North American headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. According to a March 6, Law360 article, a state appeals court rejected a motion to intervene filed by the Natural Resources Defense Council and the New Jersey Conservation Foundation.
