Stan Twardy Discusses SAC with Westfair

Stan Twardy was quoted extensively in an August 2 Westfair Online article, "Feds lose shyness battling insider deals," that considers the implications of the indictment against SAC Capital Advisors. Stan says the indictment "could set a precedent that hedge funds and other businesses where there is a repeated pattern of criminal conduct will not be tolerated." He continues: "These are serious charges and there's no way SAC is laughing it off."
