<i>Fortune</i> Quotes Stan Twardy on SAC Capital and Steve Cohen

Despite a concentrated effort to find enough evidence to charge SAC Capital founder Steve Cohen with insider trading, on July 25 the U.S. government instead charged the hedge fund itself, in what Stan Twardy tells Fortune is a "highly unusual" effort to use "collateral actions to drive an individual out of business." Stan goes on to note that "between the civil case" filed against the hedge fund manager last week "and the criminal complaint it's clear that the government is anxious to get Cohen out of the industry."
