Paul Belval was quoted in VTDigger.org, a news website covering Vermont politics and public policy, in an article on pending state legislation that would require mandatory renewable portfolio standards. Vermont is currently the only state in New England not to have such a standard, which is a mechanism that requires electric utilities to provide customers with a certain amount of renewable power.
