Overview

Mackenzie "Mack" W. Collins focuses his practice on real estate and commercial finance transactions. He represents lenders, borrowers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and property managers in a broad range of matters, including financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and the negotiation of commercial leases and management agreements.

Mack regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents, and assists with due diligence review, including title, survey, and organizational matters. He also conducts state-specific legal research, prepares legal opinions in connection with financing transactions, and coordinates multi-party closings.

Prior to joining Day Pitney, Mack practiced at regional and national law firms, where he advised clients on real estate, business transactions, and corporate governance matters.
