Overview

Kelly R. Butricks advises and represents domestic and international insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in complex insurance and reinsurance matters. She represents clients in coverage disputes and litigation in state and federal courts, handling all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation counseling and coverage analysis to trial and appeals. Kelly provides strategic guidance on a wide range of insurance lines including directors and officers, errors and omissions, professional liability, commercial general liability, and employment practices liability. She works closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that mitigate risk and efficiently resolve disputes.
 

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked as an associate at an Am Law 200 law firm and served as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Appellate Court. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Alfred V. Covello of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
