Why I Like Being a Mediator

Jonathan Tropp wrote an article published in the Connecticut Law Tribune, entitled, "Why I Like Being a Mediator." In the article, Tropp discusses his experiences in the legal profession and what led him to discover his affinity for mediation. Tropp writes that "the role of mediator is like the role of litigator on steroids, with the added challenge of then having to turn around and help each of the parties—the ones who have just taught me—overcome their own biases and narrow framing to see the fuller picture."
