Paul Belval and Andrew Bobenski discuss the ramifications of new Massachusetts solar energy proposals in a June 25 article for Law360. Paul and Andrew write: "Unprecedented growth within the Massachusetts solar market results in increased deployment goals as well as a near constant state of flux for the marketplace. Solar developers, lenders, borrowers and other solar industry stakeholders must keep abreast of these latest developments to be best well-positioned to benefit from these developments and avoid any potential pitfalls."
