Overview

Gabriela "Gaby" Jimenez advises individuals and families on trusts and estates and tax planning matters. Gaby prepares full estate plans, including last wills and testaments, revocable and irrevocable trusts, trust amendments and codicils, powers of attorney, living wills, designations of health care surrogates, and quitclaim deeds. With each step of the process, Gaby works closely with her clients to ensure that their documents accurately and effectively reflect their unique estate planning and tax objectives.

With respect to her academic background, Gaby graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law with her J.D., where she ranked in the top ten percent of her class, served as the Executive Managing Editor of FIU Law Review, and was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team. Gaby also earned her LL.M. in Taxation with a Concentration on the Taxation of High Net Worth Individuals from the University of Miami School of Law, allowing her to address domestic and international tax and estate planning issues of wealthy individuals and families.

Prior to joining Day Pitney, Gaby was a complex litigation associate attorney at another Miami law firm.
