Champions for Children: Celebrating 30 years of Protecting Children and Partnering for Change, Lawyers for Children America

On November 7, Day Pitney proudly sponsored Lawyers for Children America's "Champions for Children: Celebrating 30 years of Protecting Children and Partnering for Change," celebration, held at The Society Room of Hartford.

Day Pitney has a deep and longstanding commitment to Lawyers for Children America (LFCA) and was recognized this year as a Leading Lights partner. In 2024, the firm provided over $200,000 in pro bono legal services for LFCA, with more than 12 attorneys offering dedicated representation to Connecticut children in the foster care system. Partners Rick Harris and Rebecca Iannantuoni were honored as Advocate Heroes, a title awarded to those demonstrating extraordinary service and delivering sophisticated legal representation in complex, sensitive cases. The work of Day Pitney attorneys on LFCA matters embodies the highest standards of legal skill and compassionate care.
