"Special Needs Planning Workshop," Hopkinton SEPAC

On March 15, Special Needs Planning Partner Meredith Greene will be presenting a virtual "Special Needs Planning Workshop" for the Hopkinton Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC). Greene will be discussing special needs planning issues, including, eligibility and government benefits, ABLE accounts, divorce and child support, the use of special needs trusts, and traps for the unwary when planning for an individual with special needs.
