Diversity and Beyond: Fatigue and Allyship, 2021 Connecticut Legal Conference

Tara Pollard, Day Pitney's Director of Diversity and Inclusion, is scheduled to speak at the upcoming 2021 Connecticut Legal Conference on the panel titled, "Diversity and Beyond: Fatigue and Allyship," sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association on June 16. This is a two-part panel with the first hour focusing on diversity fatigue from the viewpoint of diversity, equity and inclusion professionals, highlighting their own exhaustion while simultaneously motivating others to hone their awareness of diversity issues. The second part focuses on how to make a meaningful contribution to diversity, equity and inclusion as a member of a traditionally non-diverse community.
