NJICLE 2019 Land Use Update

On March 20, Craig Gianetti, a partner in Day Pitney's Real Estate & Land Use group and secretary of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Land Use Section, will be moderating and speaking at the 2019 Land Use Update, a program presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and being held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. The Land Use Update will review the most recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments that every seasoned land use practitioner should know. Discussion topics will include affordable housing issues and considerations following recent decisions, challenges to board decisions and zoning ordinances, such as those addressed in Shipyard Associates, LP vs. City of Hoboken, and updates on other legislative and regulatory matters.

The program is being presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Land Use Section, the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Special Committee and the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA-NJ).
