69th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention

On April 11 and 12, Katharine Coffey and Craig Gianetti will serve as panelists at the 69th annual Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC), presented by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and held in Atlantic City, NJ. Coffey will discuss community associations and particularly the "Radburn Bill" and its effect on board elections for condominium and homeowner associations in New Jersey. Gianetti will speak on two panels; the first will examine legal trends in land use law, including recent significant changes and their implications for the future, and the second will address the impact of e-commerce and advances in technology on existing and proposed developments, infrastructure, zoning laws, and real estate transactions.
