Recent Trends in Electronic Billboards and Signs
On April 28, Kate Coffey and Chris Stracco will be speaking at a live webinar on the topic of "Recent Trends in Electronic Billboards and Signs," sponsored by Lorman Education Services. The webinar will address the local regulation and approval of electronic billboards and signs, the processes to challenge municipal ordinances regulating signage, as well as recent developments in the area. Specific topics to be discussed include special zoning requirements for billboards and signs, variance applications, First Amendment implications, special considerations, leasing issues and property tax assessment issues.
