Valuing Corporate Facilities – Past, Present and Future

Christopher Stracco is scheduled to speak at the Annual New Jersey Seminar of the Society of Professional Assessors on Friday, April 7. Chris is speaking together with Arthur Linfante, III, MAI on "Valuing Corporate Facilities – Past, Present and Future." The program will address the history of corporate facility development, current trends including what the future brings, how these facilities evolved over time, how demographic changes have affected corporate choices of location and facility design, and how trends may affect valuation for property taxation purposes.
