Estate Planning for the Non-Specialist

Warren Whitaker, Leiha Macauley and Darren Wallace will present a one-hour audio briefing on the topic of "Estate Planning for the Non-Specialist" during the PLI Trusts and Estates webinar on February 24 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. The briefing will review the basics of estate planning for lawyers who are not specialists in the field and wish to gain a general understanding and be able to identify the issues involved. 

The briefing will cover the passing of assets at death, the U.S. system of estate, sophisticated estate planning techniques for the large estate, taxation, international considerations and marital rights.
