Beth Barton Serves on Panel on Brownfields and the Transfer Act for the Connecticut Developers Council

On February 5, Beth Barton was one of three panelists speaking before the Connecticut Developers Council on "Brownfields and the Connecticut Transfer Act: What You Need to Know About Developing Possibly Contaminated Property." Other panelists were Tim Sullivan, Deputy Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, and David Hurley, Vice President, Fuss & O'Neill, Inc.
