Day Pitney Taps Real Estate Leader as Next Managing Partner
The American Lawyer recently highlighted Michael Byrne’s appointment as Managing Partner of Day Pitney, marking a new chapter following a record-setting year for the firm. Byrne steps into the role focused on continuing that momentum through strategic growth, targeted talent recruitment, and investment in technology and AI to stay ahead in the evolving legal landscape.
“We’re very focused on continuing to grow in Florida, maintaining and expanding our market leadership positions in Connecticut and New Jersey, and continuing the very significant growth we’ve experienced in Boston and in Washington, DC,” Byrne noted.
As part of the firm’s leadership transition, Sebastian Lombardi was named to the Executive Committee, Jonathan Zelig to the Executive Board, and Valerie Green as chair of the Energy Practice.
