Day Pitney Represents BESLER in Sale to Kodiak Solutions

Day Pitney recently represented the owners of Besler & Company  (BESLER), a revenue integrity and reimbursement services firm serving hospitals, health systems, and medical practices nationwide, in its sale to Kodiak Solutions, a TPG-backed healthcare technology and services company.

The transaction supports BESLER’s next phase of growth by combining its deep reimbursement expertise and automation-driven solutions with Kodiak’s national healthcare finance platform, while providing continuity for BESLER’s clients and employees.

The Day Pitney deal team, led by Corporate Partner Thomas Zalewski and supported by Associates John F. Kaschak, Fariha Syed, and Maryann Lennon, guided the sellers through all aspects of the transaction, including negotiation and execution of the sale.
