Overview
David Mathus is a trusted advisor and corporate attorney with decades of experience representing investment banks, public and private companies, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. He has extensive experience advising clients on corporate, M&A, securities and governance matters.
Mr. Mathus was previously the CEO of PredictIntel LLC, a business and legal intelligence company and before then he was Co-Head of the New York Corporate and Transactions Group at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
Beyond his corporate practice, Mr. Mathus has advised non-profit organizations and is actively involved in civic initiatives. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Salisbury School and is a member of the National Civics Council of the Jack Miller Center, which promotes the teaching of civics in America’s schools and colleges. In New York City, he serves on the Public Affairs Committee of The Union League Club, where he served as President and Chair of its Strategic Planning Committee.
