Associates are always part of the action. On a given day you will find our early-career junior trial associates arguing motions, taking depositions, and "second chairing" trials. Similarly, our junior business associates will be working directly with clients, negotiating and drafting documents and supplementing their core knowledge with broad-based experience in the ever-evolving business law arena.

(formerly known as the Connecticut Lawyers Group), as well as the New Jersey Law Firm Group and participate in the Boston Law Firm Group.  Day Pitney is a signatory to the New York City Bar Statement of Diversity Principles.   We also take part in a variety of job fairs and recruiting opportunities where diversity plays a central role such as the annual regional BLSA Job Fair, the National Hispanic Bar Association Job Fair, the New Jersey Law Firm Group Job Fair, the Boston Lawyers Group Job Fair, and the Philadelphia Area Minority Job Fair.
