Yale School of Public Health's Global Health Leadership Initiative Event

Day Pitney Partner and Co-Chair of the Data Privacy, Protection and Litigation practice, William Roberts, participated as a featured speaker at an event held by the Yale School of Public Health's virtual Global Health Leadership on January 16. He addressed evolving legal considerations surrounding the collection, use, and disclosure of race, ethnicity, language, and disability data for Connecticut patients.

With the passage of new Connecticut state law, healthcare providers, practitioners, and policymakers are aligning efforts to close equity gaps while supporting coordinated, statewide health equity initiatives.
