Overview
Waverly Wentworth advises public companies on a broad range of corporate, transactional, and securities law matters with respect to mergers and acquisitions of public and privately held companies, capital market offerings, SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance, corporate governance, public disclosures, and SEC reporting matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Waverly interned for a senior judge on the Court of Federal Claims in 2022.
