Stephanie Eassa Rapp Earns Florida Bar Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates

Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce that West Palm Beach Private Client Partner Stephanie Eassa Rapp has earned Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates from The Florida Bar, a distinction recognizing attorneys who have demonstrated focused knowledge, skills, and proficiency in this area of law.

Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of an attorney’s competency and experience within an area of law approved for specialization. Attorneys seeking certification must satisfy rigorous requirements established by The Florida Bar, including substantial involvement in the specific area, continuing legal education, peer review, and successful completion of a written examination.

“Stephanie’s achievement reflects her deep experience counselling clients on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters,” stated Tasha Dickinson, West Palm Beach Office Managing Partner. “She advises on strategies designed to preserve and transfer wealth, address complex family and business considerations, and achieve clients’ long-term planning objectives.”

Rapp focuses her practice on sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, developing customized, tax-efficient strategies that reflect each client's unique priorities and goals. She builds trusted relationships through a conscientious and personal approach, taking the time to understand family dynamics, wealth structures, and long-term objectives to craft tailored plans that achieve clarity and peace of mind.

“My distinction as Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates reflects my commitment to this area of practice and, most importantly, to helping clients navigate complex planning decisions and develop strategies tailored to their individual needs,” commented Rapp.

Rapp is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers’ Palm Beach County chapter. She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
