Stephanie E. Diaz

Stephanie E. Diaz assists hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare organizations with transactions, physician employment and other agreements, corporate governance, and compliance with healthcare laws. She also works on general corporate matters for businesses outside the healthcare industry.

Stephanie was a summer associate at Day Pitney in 2025. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, she worked on commercial contract matters as a law clerk in MasTec, Inc.'s legal department. She also gained client counseling and advocacy experience through the school's Pediatric Advocacy Clinic and Human Trafficking and Immigration Clinic. As an undergraduate at the University of Florida, she interned at the Alachua County Family and Civil Justice Center.
