Overview
Sarah Dhouib advises private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate investment funds, investment managers, and family offices on a broad range of investment fund matters. Her practice includes the formation and operation of U.S.-based private equity, hedge, and real estate investment funds, including the drafting and negotiation of fund formation documents. She also has experience advising on secondary transactions involving private equity fund interests. Sarah also counsels financial institutions on regulatory compliance matters and assists with the development of compliance documentation and responses to regulatory examinations and audits.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Sarah practiced at a boutique law firm focused on private investment funds.
