Lindsey Viscomi advises and represents insurers, reinsurers and agents in litigation and arbitrated disputes. Lindsey's prior experience working in-house at a large insurance company helps her to understand clients' needs and complements her practice with a comprehensive understanding of underlying coverage disputes.
Lindsey also regularly advises employers and has experience working on all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal court. Lindsey had the unique experience of mediating wrongful termination and employment discrimination cases pending before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities as a mediator in the University of Connecticut's Mediation Clinic.
Lindsey was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019.
