Miecha Parker

Miecha Parker advises businesses on intellectual property and technology matters. She assists clients with litigation related to patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters.

Prior to Day Pitney, Miecha spent six years in-house at an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate, where she advised business clients on regulatory compliance requirements, contract obligations and intellectual property rights. Miecha also served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President and General Counsel, where she managed operations of their legal, contracts and compliance function, and lead special projects including enterprise objectives and defining strategic business objectives for the legal group. Being a former corporate client herself, Miecha draws on her background and understands the dynamics, goals and challenges clients face.
