Amit Ochani assists high net worth individuals and families with trust and estate planning and administration. He counsels client in the areas of gift and succession planning, will and trust preparation, advance directives and powers of attorney.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Amit worked as an associate for a public accounting firm, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions and as a tax counsel for an international investment bank.
