Overview
Henry "Hank" Massey counsels family-owned and other closely-held businesses on mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and day-to-day legal issues. He also assists investment advisers and broker-dealers, and aids with the formation and operation of investment funds. In addition, he represents emerging companies with their organization and capital raising. Hank's broad experience with issues faced by business owners allows him to give practical advice and effectively work as a "quarterback," coordinating Day Pitney's legal resources and experience, as needed, to help clients achieve their goals. Hank is co-chair of Day Pitney's Investment Management and Private Funds service group, and chair of Day Pitney's Entrepreneurs and Emerging Companies service group.
