Overview

Jaime Luque aids both domestic and international clients in complex discovery and litigation matters. He leverages his background in and extensive knowledge of technological solutions to produce high quality and favorable outcomes while effectively managing teams of all sizes. His work has primarily focused on internal investigations, governmental investigations, civil disputes, privacy matters, data collection and innovative technology use.

Jaime assists teams arguing before courts and administrative law boards in matters involving cybersecurity, healthcare, accounting, tax, false claims, and commercial litigation. In addition, he has helped clients whose needs include transactional assistance in joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

Jaime is a Florida-based bilingual (Spanish) attorney with over a decade of experience, including leading large projects encompassing all aspects of evidence collection, protocol creation, case preparation, and workflow design.
