Trevor Korb counsels public companies on corporate, transactional and securities law matters. He advises companies, in addition to officers, directors and certain shareholders of such companies, on compliance with public reporting obligations. He also counsels privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, formations and general corporate matters.

Trevor was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019.
