Overview
Colton Kopcik represents corporations in the healthcare, life sciences and technology industries. He advises clients on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters, including technology and intellectual property licensing, and state and federal regulatory compliance matters in the areas of technology and data privacy.
During law school, Colton represented clients in the low income taxpayer clinic and competed on several alternative dispute resolution teams. He won the Richmond Regional Championship of the ABA Arbitration Competition and competed in the arbitration national finals. He was a Summer Associate at the firm in 2021.
