
Candace Hensley advises and represents insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in insurance and reinsurance disputes. She also represents businesses and individuals in a wide-range of complex commercial litigation matters, ranging from general contract claims, intellectual property disputes, toxic tort claims, and real estate disputes, among others. Candace has experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy, discovery, depositions and motion practice through trials, arbitrations and appeals.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Candace practiced in Salt Lake City, Utah and in Denver, Colorado. During law school, she served as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Practitioner with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office in the Enterprise and Major Crimes Division and with the Middlesex District Attorney's Office in the Lowell District Court.
