Bailey Hans assists high net worth individuals and families with wealth management, with a particular focus on the taxation of private wealth. She counsels clients on estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, healthcare proxies and powers of attorney. Bailey has experience working with family offices, structuring limited liability companies (LLCs) and setting up family limited partnerships (FLPs). She has also implemented planning strategies utilizing grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs).
During law school, Bailey was a certified legal intern at the Notre Dame Tax Clinic and was a legal intern for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
