Stefano Battistoni

Stefano Battistoni represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has experience representing and advising a wide array of clients including healthcare entities, insurance companies, and other businesses. This experience extends to navigating various civil disputes including complex commercial disputes from initial notice through final resolution.

While in law school, Stefano served as an intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office working in the Gang Unit while simultaneously working in the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Miami.
