Overview
Taylor Anderson assists clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations. She has litigated disputes for clients involving contracts, fiduciary duty claims, and unfair trade practices, among others. Taylor also advises on appeals in both state and federal courts. She counsels corporate clients' compliance with key laws and regulations.
Before joining Day Pitney, Taylor primarily represented financial institutions in litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters. In addition, Taylor has experience drafting contracts and entity formation documents.
