"Nuts and Bolts of Fiduciary Accounting," Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education's (MCLE)

Day Pitney Partner Ann Hetherwick "Hether" Cahill recently spoke at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education's (MCLE) "Nuts & Bolts of Fiduciary Accounting," a program that provided practical guidance for Massachusetts estate administrators, trustees, and conservators.

Hether provided opening remarks and was joined by Day Pitney Paralegal Sharon Quinan and two First Assistant Registers from the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court as faculty for a discussion on the fundamentals of fiduciary accounting. The program also included panels that covered common mistakes and best practices, and the process for preparing and having accounts allowed through the Probate and Family Court.
