NJICLE "2025 Business Litigation: The Year in Review" Program

Day Pitney partner Michael Fitzpatrick served as moderator for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) program, "2025 Business Litigation: The Year in Review," held on December 4, 2025, at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The program was offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or virtually.

The event brought together a distinguished panel of New Jersey business litigation attorneys, along with sitting and retired state and federal judges and other leading legal professionals.
