NJICLE "2025 Business Litigation: The Year in Review" Program

Day Pitney partner Michael Fitzpatrick served as moderator for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) program, "2025 Business Litigation: The Year in Review," held on December 4, 2025, at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The program was offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or virtually.

The event brought together a distinguished panel of New Jersey business litigation attorneys, along with sitting and retired state and federal judges and other leading legal professionals. The panelists provided insightful analysis of recent state and federal court decisions and discussed how these rulings are shaping litigation strategies and practices in the field of business and commercial litigation.

Day Pitney partner Elizabeth Sher participated as a panelist, sharing her perspective on the ethical considerations surrounding the use of Artificial Intelligence in litigation and its implications for practitioners.
