ESG Builds New Avenues in Environmental Law for Day Pitney

Day Pitney Environmental Partners Kirstin Etela and Todd Terhune were featured in the Connecticut Law Tribune article, "ESG Builds New Avenues in Environmental Law for Day Pitney," profiling the firm's ESG practice.

The firm has defended clients in major toxic tort cases since the 1970s, and been active in national Superfund cases since they were first filed in 1981. Today, Day Pitney environmental attorneys continue to actively follow regulatory developments nationally and locally, with new laws coming out all the time.

"Kirstin and I are very excited to be here at Day Pitney," Terhune, co-chair of the Environmental and Land Use practice, said. "We have a long legacy of environmental practice that we're building on actively and growing, and we're optimistic about the opportunities, not only existing, but what we have been able to bring to the firm."

Etela added, "I think our firm is uniquely suited to leverage different practice areas and bring a whole new service level to what is emerging as a practice group."
