Day Pitney Partner Michael J. Napoleone Re-Appointed Vice-Mayor of Wellington

Day Pitney Litigation Partner Michael J. Napoleone was re-appointed Vice-Mayor of the Village of Wellington, effective April 11, 2022. Napoleone has served on the Village Council since 2016.

Napoleone, an experienced litigator, represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving contract matters, shareholder and partnership agreements, restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation, real estate and construction matters. He also represents high net worth individuals and families in complex estate and trust litigation.

Napoleone is also on the Executive Board of Palm Beach County Transportation Planning Agency, Governing Board and a Board Member of the Palm Beach County League of Cities.
