Scott Brian Clark Appointed to Bloomberg State Tax Advisory Board

Day Pitney Multistate Tax Practice Chair Scott Brian Clark was recently appointed to Bloomberg Tax's State Tax Advisory Board. Composed of a select group of noted tax professionals from around the country, the Board will assist Bloomberg Tax in navigating the world of Multistate Taxation in particular as it impacts their various publications.

Over many years, Clark, has been nationally known for his significant work in the state tax arena. He is well-versed in the intricacies of state tax planning, audits and tax controversy all around the country. For years he has been at the cutting-edge of tax issues impacting income and sales taxes, transfer taxes, global communications and digital taxes, and including issues of personal residency, domicile, income apportionment and nexus for some of the most prominent companies and high net-worth individuals and personalities. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, serves on several tax editorial boards and tax executive committees, and is both a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the bar in several states.
