Shant Chalian was featured in a Law360 Pulse Q&A regarding his practice and decision to join Day Pitney.

Chalian shared that he joined because he saw the firm as having "a deeper investment management practice where he could continue [his] career growth." His practice revolves around various components under the investment management umbrella, including fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, seed and mezzanine financing and venture capital investment.
