Partner Theresa Kelly and Director of Diversity and Inclusion Tara Pollard are prominently featured in the Hartford Business Journal 's Focus: Diversity article, "Experts advise ramping up diversity efforts in tandem with societal shifts." Pollard states, "Clients, employees, customers, communities are demanding action. It's going beyond just the words and the messaging and the marketing. There's a real sense of holding ourselves and each other accountable."
