Rachel A. Gonzalez was recently recognized by New Jersey Law Journal as a "2020 Top Woman in Law." The Journal interviewed the 20 recipients to give advice to other women attorneys in the article, "'It's Not Going to Happen by Magic': What the 2020 Top Women in Law Said," which includes direct quotes about firm initiatives regarding diversity.
In Gonzalez's personal Q&A, she explains that, she is, "a strong believer in allyship. Men need to act as allies to help advance women in all aspects of our profession, including supporting women who want to advance their careers while having families … Majority women also need to act as allies for diverse women with an understanding that there are unique challenges that women of color face in our profession."
