Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce it has been selected as the "Best Law Firm – Estates and Trusts" in the Family Office Service category of the Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards 2020. This award recognizes a firm that has "demonstrated consistently high standards in providing legal estate and trusts work to the high net worth advisory/family office sector," according to PAM. Day Pitney was honored at a ceremony held on February 7 at 583 Park Avenue in New York City.
"We are honored to have been selected as a PAM Award recipient," said R. Scott Beach, head of Day Pitney's Family Office practice and chair of the firm's Corporate and Business Law department, who accepted the award on behalf of the firm. "Our team is relentlessly client-focused and deeply committed to providing the highest quality of legal services to our private clients and family offices, both in the U.S. and internationally, and we are very proud of this recognition."
For more than two decades, the PAM Awards, presented by Private Asset Management magazine, have recognized "the top investment professionals, wealth advisors, legal firms, consultants and other key service providers within the private asset management industry. The judging process, using an independent panel made up of a broad range of industry experts, was based on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators," according to PAM.
Day Pitney provides the full suite of legal services to high net worth individuals and families of wealth, including their family offices and principals, executives and family members, and family-owned enterprises, in a wide variety of complex matters. The firm has advised family-owned and family-controlled businesses for more than 100 years. For more information about Day Pitney's Family Office practice, click here.
