As reported in the article, the Tax Court of New Jersey ruled recently that a Franklin Township appraiser inaccurately overassessed the value of an office complex by at least $15 million and determined the data and analysis provided by the appraiser that the complex owners had hired, Cottontail Holdings and Two Franklin Realty, were credible.
