NJ Office Complex Overvalued By $15M, State Tax Court Says

Day Pitney's representation of Cottontail Holdings LLC and Two Franklin Realty is noted in an article, "NJ Office Complex Overvalued By $15M, State Tax Court Says," published by Law360 Tax Authority. As reported in the article, the Tax Court of New Jersey ruled recently that a Franklin Township appraiser inaccurately overassessed the value of an office complex by at least $15 million and determined the data and analysis provided by the appraiser that the complex owners had hired, Cottontail Holdings and Two Franklin Realty, were credible.
